Show PATRIOTIC FEATURES ! WILLiiJUffij Plans for Victory Celebration Celebra-tion Independence Day Completed. ' Organizations Co-operating With Elks in Arranging Mammoth Fete. Final details; for the appropriate celebration cele-bration of the Kourth o: July, arranged primarily for the returned service men and the children o: Salt Pake, have bet-n perfected, with many patriotic features marked out for the day. Several hundred organizations have cooperated with the 3'ihks' club in an effort to make complete arrangements for the fullest enjoyment of the citizenry. The work is complete. The committees have handed in their final reports, which hav ioon accepted and indorsed by tiie general commit tee on the parade, the programs arid the afternoon af-ternoon sports. Mrs. George K. Turpin of 2i East First Soutn street has been appointed to take charge of lost children at Liberty park. Per headquarters will be the children's playgrounds. George Jay Martin, chairman of the 1 liberty park committee, has established headquarters for the general committee within tiie park. Harry S. Joseph and his secretaries whl be on hand to furnish information in-formation or to listen to any complaints that may be made. A U matters of importance im-portance should be taken up with the chairman of this committee. Sign placards for lost children will be liberally distributed throughout the park so that parents losine children need not be worried, as the hoy scouts wit:-, the assistance of the police will take charge of them at the centra! detention headquarters head-quarters at tiie south er.d o: the park near tiie children's grounds. No Fireworks Allowed. No fl reworks or explosives wih be allowed al-lowed along the line of march. No automobiles auto-mobiles whl be permitted on Main street until the parade is over. No curs will b permitted within the confines of Fiberty park during the day. The grandstand has been retained for the use of speakers, musicians mu-sicians and officers of the day. Badges have been procured for the members of the general committee, aides to tiie marshal of the day and the press. H. A. Leipsiizer has been appointed chairman of the seating accommodations at the park. A reviewing stand iias been pro ided for the ity, county and state officials, officers of the fort. Red Cross nurses, head officers of the general committee com-mittee and officers of the F'ks" club. Boating and aquatic sports have been ndded in the program arid appropriate prizes will be given. The afternoon will be devoted entirely to soldiers' ar.d children's chil-dren's sports. It has been estimated that nearly 4"'0h children will attend the events arranged primarily for them. The program uih be devoted to a pa-race, pa-race, sports, speeches, tableaux', fireworks fire-works and a dance for the soldiers of Fort nougins in the evening. Kailroad rates for outside om muni ties have been secured and it is believed that hundreds of visitors will attend the Victor:,- jubilee. All ladies contesting for the honor of hetng Go-ldess of Fvace ar.d Liberty have ben requested to report to George Jay Martin or his aides at the Illks' club at 9 :S0 o'clock on the morn ins of the Fourth for parade. They have been instructed in-structed to rail Mr. Martin at the club before today noon for rinal instructions. Parents and guardians have been urged to se that their children and wards nae at Tferty park promptly at 9:"0.
