Feeney, charged w-lth keeping booths in their cafes in violation of the city ordinance were continued 1 to July 21 by Judse D. R. Roberts. j Tho cases have been held in abeyance pending the decision of the supreme court in the case of John Doe Leo. The higher high-er court holding that tiie booths must- be removed, the city wiil now press the re-nudning re-nudning cases. |
