In the county of Salt Lake and state of Utah, In said district, respectfully represents repre-sents that on the 18th day of April last past he was duly adjudged bankrupt under un-der the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy; bank-ruptcy; that he has duly surrendered all his property and rightF of property, and has fully compiled with all the requirements require-ments of said acts and of the orders of thfl court touching hia bankruptcy. Wherefore he prays that he may he d ecre vA by the court t o have ,a fall discharge from all debts provable against his estate under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge.
