H' The suit is the outcome of an attempt inaugurated last winter by minority stockholders in the Old Emma Mines company com-pany to obtain an accounting from the Emma Consolidated. When the Emma 1 Consolidated was organized, George Graham' Gra-ham' Rice and associates controlled the bulk of the Old Emma Mines company eiock, which was turned in to the Emma jj! Consolidated.
