Show MEN OUT ON BOND i ; II TROUBLE Iffl' Under Sentence for Robbery, Rob-bery, They Are Arrested on a Liquor Charge. Special to The Tribune. OUDFX, June 14. Otto Blair, 25 years of aao, and Andrew Hewitt,- 22, sentenced by Judge A. E. Piatt May 2S to a term of not less than one year or more than ten years in the state prison, ami at liberty upon 1200 appeal bondB, are again in the toils of the law. This time the charge is that of violating the j Honor law. ! Llair and Hewitt were arrested last night by Deputv Sheriffs liobert .Burke, Charles Piiiock and Julian Ueiger. In the municipal court this morning Hewitt Hew-itt pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three months in the county jail, and iilair pleaded not guilty and was placed under $5U0 bond pending his hearing m the city coert tomorrow. Blair was un-ablo un-ablo to furnish bail and is held at the county jail. Leo Moulding who was in the automobile with them was released on $lfi() bond. The arrest of the men was made at 10:30 o'clock last night on the l-iivcr-dale and Uintah road. Their car yielded yield-ed twenty-three quarts of beer, two pints of whiskv and a pint of gin. Blair and Hewitt were convicted of grand Inreenv in the district court less than a month ago. They were charged with the theft of flour from a box car in the railroad yards. |
