The first " Vernal boy to give bis life (or the causa of liberty is Clyde M. Coupe, son of James M. and Mina Coupe. He was Strieker, v.'ith cerebio-meningitis January 2S, at the naval training station in Norfolk, Nor-folk, Va. Clyde M. Coure v.-as IS years old. W hen war wns dechired, Clyde enlisted and was senc to the training station at Maxe island. If the bodv reaches Vernal on Tuesday, Tues-day, the funeral will be hsld Wednesday. Wednes-day. The Commercial cltih. at a meeting meet-ing of the governing board, made arrangements ar-rangements to give young Coupe a military mili-tary funeral.
