There is much feeling feel-ing against the central powers in Warsaw, War-saw, the capital of Russian Poland, and great excitement prevails, according to an Exchange Telegraph dispatch from Copenhagen. A dispatch from Amsterdam Friday reported re-ported a Berlin newspaper as saying that the Polish members of the Austrian parliament par-liament were embittered against Austria because of the peace arrangements.
