Show PRETTY DIVORCEE IS EAGER TO GO SOUTH Special to The Tribune. OGDEJv, Jan. 4. Because she believes be-lieves that J. M. Landrum, the runaway Georgia boy, will be so pleased to get back to the "Sunny South" that he will reaflriy comply with her request, Mrs. Ruby Culp, pretty divorcee and native of Georgia, now living in Ogden, has telegraphed him. asking that he provide pro-vide her with a railroad ticket to ner home town. Furthermore, Mrs. Culp knew Landrum when both were children chil-dren "wav down in Georgia," and she believes that this early friendship will induce him to assist her. The young woman, who has found it difficult to earn a living in the west, did not know that Landrum was in this city until she read in the newspapers of the successful efforts of railroad officials of-ficials to find the runaway. He, had then been provided with a railroad ticket and was on his way home. Also, Mrs. Culp declares that Landrum 's happiness upon his return to the southern south-ern home after an absence of nearly three months made her intensely homesick home-sick for Georgia. She has not yet received re-ceived a reply to her telegram. |
