Show Facetious Letter Is Used to frail Suspected Thieves Return Handbag After Appropriating Ap-propriating Contents, With Thanks to Victim. IF GEORGE STAMISOLOPOCS and John Tsiakilos are convicted of petty larceny, as charged, for the theft, of a handbag, the property of Mrs. Phyllis Hodges of Magna, they will also be accredited by ihe court as humorists. Spendlove began be-gan investigation of the case several days ago.
