Show M. M. WEIL LEAVES JEWELRY COMPANY The retirement of M. M. Weil, manaper of the Weil Jewelry company, and the taking over of the business bv local interests, in-terests, was announced yesterday. The officers and directors of the company, which will be hereafter known as the Weil Jewelry company, incoroorated. are as follows: Fera Decker, president and director; Joseph "Decker, vice president and director; Joseph H. Patrick, treasurer and director; C. E. Traver. secretary and director; William Iarsen. director; Harold M. Hall, director; I-eo Martin, director. A. C. Meyer of Chicago is also identified identi-fied with the concern. Joseph Decker and Joseph H. Patrick are well-known Snll Lakers, having been connected with the Decker-Patrick company for the pa.st several years. I'nrler the new organization the em, ployees will enjoy a profit-sharing svs-tem svs-tem adopted by the corporation. Ill health is the cause ascribed in the retirement retire-ment of Max Weil. |
