NOTICE STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING. Gllmore Mining Company. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, Mon-day, the 8th day of January. 1917, at 10 o'clock a. m., the annual stockholders' meetine of the Gilmore Mining company, a corporation under the laws of Utah, will be held at the office of the corporation. corpora-tion. 222 Kearns building. Salt Lake City, Utah, for the purpose of electing the officers of-ficers and directors of the corporation to serve for one year, and until their successors suc-cessors are elected and qualitied, and for the transaction of such other business busi-ness as may properly come before the stockholders. And notice is further given that at such meeting there will be submitted for adoption by t he stockholders a resolution amending article XII of the articles of incorporation, in-corporation, so as to make the same read as follows: "The stock of this corporation shall be assessable in such manner, and to such amount as is now or hereafter may he tlxed by the laws of the state of Ulah, and the private property of the stockholders stockhold-ers shall not in any manner he liable for the debts, obligations or liabilities of the corporation."
