Show AUTO DRIVER GETS HIS CASE CONTINUED Shealy "Wade, automobile salesman, who faces two charges of speeding and another an-other of driving his car while intoxicated, intoxicat-ed, secured a continuance of his cases for one week when the actions were called yesterday afternoon before Judge E. A. Rogers in the criminal division of tlte city court. William Pfister, charged with riding his bicycle on the sidewalk in the business district and with using abusive language to the officer who first warned and afterward aft-erward arrested him, pleaded guilty and admitted that he "got bullheaded." He was fined on each charge and given until 2 o'clock this afternoon to pay the fine. William Hancock, who was convicted Tuesday on a charge of speeding, was sentenced to pay a fine of $25. As he had alreadv deposited bail in the sum of $25, the bail was applied to the fine and the case cleared from the record. |
