IN THE DISTRICT COURT, PROBATE division, in and for Salt Lake county, state of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Allev Preston Martineau, deceased. de-ceased. Notice. ' The petition ot Lyman Royal Martineau and Preston Martineau, administrators of the estate of Alley Preston Martineau, deceased, for confirmation of -vthe sale of the following described real esate of said decedent, to wit: Beginning at a point 44 rods east of the northwest corner of lot six (6), block eixteen (18). plat "A," Jxgan City survey, and running thejuce south twelve (12) rods, thence east sixty (60) feet, thence north twelve (12) rods, thence west sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning: reserving re-serving unto the grantors, their heirs and , assigns, who may be the owners ror the , time being of all or any part of lots six (6) or seven (7), block and plat afore -; said, directly adjoining to tho south and east, but lying west of the Logan and Hyde Park canal, and unto ail persons going to or from any part or said last-mentioned last-mentioned parcels of land, a perpetual right of way in common with the purchaser, pur-chaser, his heirs and assigns, at any and all times and for anv and all purposes, with or without vehicles and animals, from and to the highway called East First North street, over and acrosB the east ten feet of the land herein conveyed, con-veyed, said land being situate, lying and being in Logan City, Cache county, Utah, for the sum of $1350. And upon the following fol-lowing terms, to wit: Cash upon confirmation con-firmation by this court, as appears from the return of sale filed In this court, has been set for hearing on Thursday, the 11th day of February, A.
