These ideal barns, which have been designed by tho dairy division experts, differ widely from the old type of bum in that they contain only ono story, and the hayloft is eliminated as well as a central partition for hay. The hay par-titiou par-titiou is at one cud, and the barns aro constructed only wide enough for two rows of cows with a space between for tccding. There is ample provision for light and air, and by keeping the feud in ono end of the stable, much of the injurious dust is eliminated. ' |
