Show SONS OF REVOLUTION IN A MEDAL CONTEST The Sons of the Revolution oratorical oratori-cal contest, open to mnlc student's of tho Utah Agricultural college for the gold modal offered by tho Ltah branch of the Sons of the Revolution, will bo held in tho auditorium of the Agri cultural college at Logan on the night of May 2. The contestants will be al lowed to choose as their topic unv phase of the subject, "Patriotism." The affair will bo under the immediate im-mediate direction of the Agricultural colleno debuting committee, consisting of Professor Gcorgo B. Hendricks, Dr. George Thomas. Professor F. D. Dailies and Professor N. A. Pedcrsen. Applications Appli-cations for entry arc now being received, re-ceived, apd on account of the list being be-ing largo it may be nccessarv to hold an elimination contest to decide who shall enter the main event. The Snlt Luke chapter of the Sons of tbo Revolution Revo-lution is planning to seud a large dole- Sation to Logan to attend the "debate, 'olcgates from other towns in the stato, as well as the goncral public, are cordially invited. |
