Show I FUNERAL SERVICE FOR J. T. WAT KINS MONDAY Funeral services for J T. Watklns, who was accidentally killed near A.shton Tda., Thursday, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon In tho E. G. O'Donncll & Co. chapel. They will bo under tho auspices of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen, of which Mr. Watklns was a member. Mr. Watklns. who was a brakeman on the Oregon Short Line, was killed whllo working on a new bridge on the Ashton-Driggs Ashton-Driggs branch, to which work ho had been assigned temporarily. By the breaking of a chain he fo.ll thirty-nine fect. striking strik-ing tho hack of his head on a girder and then dropping; twenty-seven feet farther Into the ditch. The body was brought to Salt Take City late Thursday night. Members of the Women of Woodcraft and Yeomen are especially Invited to attend at-tend the services. |
