In a recent ruling of tlio commission tho matter of alleged discrimination of the railroads against sonic of the companies was decided, but the commission held in abeyance one part of the complaint. This which is the matter to be considered con-sidered Monday. Is whether the rates ordered or-dered shall apply from the mines from tho Junction points of the mining companies- railroads -with the railroad on which the rate Is ordered. The railroads object to a division of the rato with the roads that are owned by the coal companies. com-panies. The hearing at Denver probably prob-ably will require several days. |
