The grand .jury returned eighteen indictments to District Dis-trict .Judge C. C. Butler today. Two indictments are directed against persons charged with selling adulterated milk. Tho defendants are Horace W. Bennott, a pominent business busi-ness man of Denver, and Fritz Slather, one of his employees. It is alleged they sold milk .from tubercular cows. All men indicted tonight gave bond and wore roleased. The grand jury tonight took a recess until Juno 3.
