Show Suit Over Land Title. Special to The Tribune. PROVO, Dec 5 J. E. Slandrlng and Mary Standrlng havo commenced suit in the Fourth district court against Henry M. Royle, Jr., to have a quit-claim deed, given by them April IS. 1908. to Henry Royle, Jr., for one-half of eighteen acres of land near Lchl, annulled and vacated and for a decree that plaintiff's own one-half one-half of the land. The land was distributed distrib-uted to plaintiff. J. E. Standrlng, and to Allco Standrlng, heirs of Edwin Stand-ring, Stand-ring, deceased, of Lehi In 1800; but according ac-cording to the complaints tho plaintiff. J. E. Standrlng, did not know he had any Interest In the land, and that when he signed tho quit-claim deed It was done on representation of Allco Royle that the land was tho property of Rebecca Re-becca Standrlng, widow of Edwin Stand-ring, Stand-ring, and that sho (tho widow) and Alloc Roylo desired him to sign the quit-claim deed In order to perfect the title to tho land. |
