Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina. Caro-lina. Louisiana. Georgia. Mississippi and Florida. The record of fraudulent failures fail-ures In theec states Is said to be the worst In any part of thc country. Whenever When-ever a failure occurs hereafter In any of them, provided a subscriber of the company com-pany Is a creditor, Investigators will he sent at once to the scene of action and a thorough Inspection of the affairs of thc- failed concern will bo made on the ground. If fraud Is discovered by the company's exports Its attorneys will look n'fter the prosocutlon of the guilty party, and by these means It is expected that thc number num-ber of fraudulent failures will be greatly reduced. l |
