Stockholders of tho Ohio Copper company com-pany wore greatly disappointed Saturday Satur-day mornlnsr when It was learned that N. J. Catrow, a dlroctor and one of the principal stockholders of the organization, organiza-tion, was compelled to return to his homo In Ohio by an urgent message touching some Important business matters. Mr. Catrow reached Salt Lake- on Friday with the intention and purpose of conferring with all tho Salt Lake shareholders of tills company on matters of importance. "I understand that Mr. Catrow had an Important mission for all of us," said one stockholder of the Ohio Copper com:, pany yesterday afternoon. "We look to him for Information and wo look to him especially as the one director who Is In closer touch with the western stockholder stock-holder Interest than any other. ,He was the man who owned a large proportion of the company when Hoinzo bought tho control, and he still retains an extensive financial interest In the company. "It Is stated that Mr. Catrow desired to got us all together to give us tho history of the company's affairs up to date, to explain all he knows of the present plana pending. This he was ready and anxious to do. But ho was called to Ohio unexpectedly at noon today. I understand un-derstand that ho will return to Salt Lake as soon as possible at which tlmo he will proceed to fulfill the purpose of his In-1 torrupted mission. He Is expected In Salt Lake again the first week In August." |
