Foster Kolloy, formerly for-merly n well known Seattle bankur. who eloped to San Francisco with the beautiful beau-tiful younj; wife of Albert J. Henry, a bank clerk, has returned to his home in this city, has been forgiven by his wife and they have agreed to forget tho past. He came back about a week ago and hid himself from tho eight of his former friends and business associates. He Is now at the ICclloy home, incommunlcato, absolutely rcfualntr. to see reporters or to answer the telephone, while his wife Is equally firm In her denials against persistent per-sistent requests for a statement. From friends of the former rich and influential banker, however, statements were obtained to prove that, after considerable con-siderable correspondence, an agreement was reached between Mrs. ICellev and her erring husband to forget the past nnd to settle happily In tills city on thu terms of the injured wife. Part of llo Kelley fortune, estimated at $200,000, Is said to be infact. but friends say that tho exact amount Is not known. Fifteen months ago Henry obtained n divorce. Kelley was named as co-rc-spondent in tho suit, charged with eloping elop-ing with Mrs. Henry and the two Honrv children, Anita nnd Bert. Later Mrs. Henry and Kelloy kidnaped the children. After ten days' search they -were caught and Kelley was forced to spend ton clays in Jail for his part in tho abduction. |
