Under and by virtue of an order issued out of the Third judicial district court of the state of Utah, dated April -1, 1911. in the above entitled action. I. as re- eclver, am commanded to sell all of the right, title and intorost of David Perslnger Per-slnger and May Perslnger, parties to the above action, in and to the following described de-scribed property: All of tho furniture, carpets, bedding, utensils, etc., of every kind and nature whatsoever now situate and being in a certain rooming house known as the Roberts Rob-erts rooming house, located at No. 155i West Second South street. Salt Lake City. Utah, consisting of 38 rooms, located lo-cated on tho second and third floors of the building at No. 155i West Second South street, together with tho interests of tho above named parties in and to a certain lcaso on said property which expires ex-pires on tho 1st day of August, 1915; and notice Is heroby given that on the 19th day of April, 1911. at 12 o'clock noon of said day at tho above named rooming house, located at No, 1555 West Second Sec-ond South street. Salt Lako City, Utah, I will, in obedience to said order of sale, sell all of the right, title and Interest of tho abovo named parties in and to the above described property at public auction auc-tion to tho highest bidder, subject to the confirmation of said sale by the abovo named court.
