After winning the mayoralty of Ilunnowcll, Mrs. 1211a Wilson was counted out by tho old city council today and the ccr-llllcate ccr-llllcate of election given to her opponent. oppo-nent. O. M. Alters. When the vole was counted Monday night a"' tie was found to have been the result of the election. A law discovered directing' a casting of lots by tho Judges. When Uie slips were drawn Mrs. Wilson won. The judges mndc a return showing her election. The council counted the ballots' today and reported that Akers had one more vote than Mrs. Wilson. The council issued is-sued a. certificate, of election to him. Mrs. llson has engaged lawyers to contest the case.
