Xotlco is heroby slven by tho City Council of Salt Lake City of tho intention in-tention of such council to make the following fol-lowing described improvement, to wit: Constructing cement sidewalks four (-1) feet wide and four (-1) Inches thick in the territory bounded on tho north by the south line of Arapahoe avenue, on the east by tho Jordan river, on the south by the north line of American avenue ave-nue and on the west by McKInley street. The total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at twenty-one thousand seven hundred forty-otic and 41-100 ($21,741.41) dollars, of which sum the city's portion Is two thousand seven hundred four aud 23-100 (270 1. 2S) dollars, leaving nineteen nine-teen thousand thirty-seven nnd 13-100 ($19 037.13) dollars to be raised by local assossment. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of such intention must be presented pre-sented in writing, slating therein lot and block, or description of property, to the Cliv Recorder on or before tho 24lh day of April. 1911. being the time set by said council wlicn it will hear and consider such protests and objections as may bo made thereto.
