Cleary yesterday obtained an injunction injunc-tion lo prevent Paullmn taking from the country the two aeroplanes he has been using. Today the Wright company, in n suit filed againsl Cleary. asks an injunction in-junction to prevent Cleary from continuing contin-uing to glvo exhibitions with the alleged infringing apparatus, with or without I'aulhan. Such exhibitions, it Is claimed, will wear off the novelty of nnd kill public- interest In aeroplane exhibitions. In addition, tho company asks that Cleary be compelled to account for tho profits received by him In previous tllghts. , |
