A pleasing entertainment enter-tainment was given In tho ward umuse-mcnt umuse-mcnt hall hero tonight, under the auspices of the Jordan high school. The programme rendered hod been especially prepared for St. Patrick's day. More than -100 people wore in attendance and greatly enjoyed the excellent music. Miss -Maud Williams ami Principal Jorgenscn of the faculty had chargo of tho affair and saw-to saw-to It that everything wenl ofl as it should. Mayor W. D. Khure delivered an exceedingly exceed-ingly witty address. Other city officials and well-known business men of this placo were called upon lo dollvcr orations. ora-tions. One of the fea lures of tho evening's even-ing's entertainment was the music supplied sup-plied by the Jordan high school orchestra. The choir of the school also did some ctrcctlve work.
