Major league ball players arc drawing a magna charta to present to, the powers of organized baseball. It Is stated hero that this "bill of rights" will be heard by thu commission commis-sion at its next meeting within a few weeks. The .claims of the players 'may be classed under these flvo different classes, viz.: First A clause in contracts declaring them "free agents" after playing In one city for a limited term of years. Second In case of dispute between player and club owner over tho size of player's salary, a board of arbitration to pass upon the case. Third Representation on the national commission.
