Will Hall, who was arrested at the Hermitage Saturday, disposing dis-posing of trout alleged to havo been illegally ille-gally caught, may have his trlnl transferred trans-ferred from Huntsvllle to this city. It Is reported thnt Donald McKay, Justice of the peace, is a relative of Game Warden War-den Grow and Hall, and It Is said that In tho opinion of the Huntsvllle citizens, the city would get tho worst of it in a trlnl of the case. It Is reported that Hall has boasted on several occasions that h can llsh without with-out a license nt any tlni he wishes and that Grow would not aript. lilm.
