Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Notice Ih hereby given that sealed bids will be received by tho undersigned up to 12 m.. August 15. 1909, for the materials and labor required in the erection of a boiler house nnd plpo conduit to be' erected erect-ed on the lot of the Surnnor school, located lo-cated at 640 South Third East, for the Snlt Lake City Board of Education, according ac-cording to plans, specifications and drawings, draw-ings, which are open for Inspection of the bidders at the office of Richard Klettlng, architect. Inthc Hooper & Etdrodgc block. Snlt Lake City, Utah, and all bids and proposals at the above time will be publicly opened and read In the office of the Board of Education In the city and county building, Salt Lake City. Utah. All bids must be addressed to "Board of Education for Salt Lako City," and marked In tho lower left hand corner. "Bids for boiler house, Sumner school." or ouch bids can bo delivered to tho Board of Education at tho said time and place of opening same. Bids must not contain conditions, qualifications, qual-ifications, propositions, or any other things than those mentioned In plans, specifications, drawings, contracts and bonds, nnd bidder must use the form of b'ds which will be found at the office of Ihft said architect, and no other form of bid will be received. A certified or cashier's check on some bank In Salt Lake City. Utah, for at loast 5 per cent of the amount of each bid must be enclosed. Each check Is to be mado payable to the undersigned, and Is to be forfeited to tho undersigned In caao tho bid Is accepted and the bidder does not enter Into tho contract within throe days after Its acceptance, for the faithful execution of the contract and bond hereinafter mentioned. The proposed contract and bond are also at tho office of said architect and can there bo examined. A bond must be furnished for one-half of the bid. and good and sufficient sureties, sure-ties, all satisfactory to the undersigned. The bids are to be for the following work and no subdivision will be considered: consid-ered: 3. For the building complete. The undersigned reserve tho right to reject any nnd all bids.
