Notlco Is hereby given that nt a meeting meet-ing of the directors, duly held July 16, 1D09, an assessment of one-half of a cent per harc per month, for three months, wns luvlcd on the outstanding capital stock of the corporation, payable to M. B. Johnson, at room 506 Atlas block, aa follows: One-half cent per share, payablo Immediately. Im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on thu 17th day of August. 1909, will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for salo at public auction, and, unless payment In made before, be-fore, will bo sold on the 2nd of September, Septem-ber, 1909, to pny the delinquent assessment, assess-ment, together with the cost of advertising adver-tising and expense of sale. One-lmlf cent per share shall be payablo pay-ablo on tho 3rd day of September, 1909. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on tho 4th day of October, 1909, will be delinquent and advertised ad-vertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment Is made before will be sold on the 20th day of October, 19Q9, to pay tho delinquent assessment, together to-gether with the cost, of advertising and expense of sale.
