Show SIMPSON GIVES FACTS ABOUT HIS DOG DEALIHG Says There Were Two Kinds of Canines, Grey hounds and Beagle Hounds. An amended complaint has been lled in the Third District court in tho Thomas Thom-as Simpson-Fred B. .Jonos dog case. Tho original complaint set out that Simpson and Jones entered Into nil ngrcemnt whereby the former was to care for certain cer-tain dogs, and that Jones was to furnish the food for them, and that all prl.cs and profits from sales were to be equally divided between them. It wns further al- i Ifged that' Jones had violated his agreement agree-ment as to furnishing food for the dogs and that ne had sold six of them, valued at ?200. and failed to account to Simpson. Simp-son. Jones demurred to the complaint on several grounds, one of which was that i Simpson did not 3ot out tbe names, number num-ber and kinds of dogs In his complaint. The demurrer wns sustained and Simpson Simp-son wan given Ilvo days In which to amend. In the amended complaint. It Is set out that tho dogs were greyhounds and beagle bea-gle hounds, and that they varied In number num-ber during the time of tho agreement from six to eighteen. It is further alleged that the partnership agreement was lorminnted November 15, 1D07. and that Simpson became tho owner of the greyhounds grey-hounds and Jones took the beagle hounds.
