THE PIONEER NUKSI3R1ES COMPANY COM-PANY has filed an action against John Watson. In tho Third District court, asking ask-ing for Judgment against the defendant for $1141.25 on two counts. It is first alleged that while bundling tho funds of the company, between December 1, 1902. and August 31, 1905, Watson received $894.10 for tho company, which lie has not paid. It Is then alleged that Watson received from tho company $217.15 between be-tween the same dates, which he has not paid, and judgment Is asked for tho two amounts. |
