Mrs. Morrow will civo the 'topic. ''The Architecture of India, Its Temples. Mosques 2nd Shrines" also "Delli and the Famous Peacock . Throne." The five-minute talk will be "Shah Jeham." The Wasatch Literary club will meet at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, with Mrs. Eber Hall, 463 South West Tern-I Tern-I pie street. . I Friday was Russian day at the La-I La-I dies' Literary club. Rabbi Freund I rave a paper on the Jews iu Russia. I and Mrs. Hutchinson gave a paper on I St. Petersburg. Mrs. Alfred Peters was the soloist of the afternoon. The Shakespeare section of the La dies' Literary club met Wednesday, morning at the clubhouso and continued tho reading of Antony and Cleopatra, under the leadership of Mrs. Howard Stowe. The Spirit of Liberty Chapter, Daughters of the Revolution, met Thursday Thurs-day afternoon at the home of Mrs, Wl" W. Chisholm. Mrs. C. E. Allen gave' an interesting talk on the Puritans Puri-tans in England and America. The meeting of the Woman's club was held Wednesday afternoon at the home of Mrs Clesson S. Kinnev. The Women of the Mormon Battalion met Friday afternoon, with Mrs. Stanley Clawson. A very interesting programme pro-gramme was given. |
