The services for tho orthodox Jown began in their synagogue at 8 o'clock Saturday morning, whllo thai of tho roformod Jows did not take place until 10 o'clock. Appropriate Ap-propriate services were held both at the uynngOEuo and at tho Templo B'uai Israel. An address was delivered by Rabbi Fround both In tho morning and In the afternoon. Tho topic of his aft6moon address ad-dress wus tha two angels that accompany man through life, "Memory and Hope," nnd he spoke at length upon the ploasuro that man gets from tho memory of departed de-parted friends and loved ones, as well as tho inspiration which ho received from tho hop of soelng them again. The r.ervices of both churches wero at. tendod very largely, mtny out-of-town poo-plo poo-plo being iu tho congregations.
