Show HOSTESS IS APPRECIATED Guests at the Manitott Kemcniher Mrs. LaForgce. The guests of the Manltou hotel presented pre-sented their hostess. Mrs LaForgee, as a Christmas gift, one of Culmer's master- ieces, "Church Island In Great Salt ake." This token of their love and esteem was given In appreciation of her untiring efforts in making their Christmas Christ-mas a bright nnd happy one. Mrs. LaForgee La-Forgee also received several of .Miss Ma-glnnlss's Ma-glnnlss's paintings and, being a lover of tine art and an admirer of these two artists, ar-tists, was completely overcome at the presentation. Mrs. LaForgee held an informal in-formal reception In her parlors last evening even-ing from 7 .30 to 0:30 p. m.. at which time her friends and guests viewed her many beautiful gifts. |
