Show WILL ARREST TRAINMEN Effort Made to Placo Kosponsibility for Wreck at Enderlin, N. D. ISN'DBRLIN", N D Dec. 27. Three arrests ar-rests will be mado here soon In an effort to placo responsibility for the accident on the Soo road hero Sunday. The acting attorney of the county has sworn out warrants for John J. Moore, engineer of tho switch engine which obstructed ob-structed the main line there; Charlea Aker. yard foreman nt Enderlln, and J. E. Walsh, the switchman sent to flag the approaching passenger train. The charges will be manslaughter In the second degree. de-gree. The number of those who died In the wreck has been Increased to eleven. J. C. Miller of Mlnot died In the hospital here yesterday, and Mr. Brockett of Minneapolis died today. |
