KLAW WON'T TALK Has Nothing to Say Regarding Alleged Theater Trust. NEW YORK, July 19. After a stay of nine weeks in Europe, ATnrc Klaw, of Messrs. Klaw & Erlanger, arrived home today on tho Dcutschland, bringing bring-ing with him many plays and cop tracts with European vaudevillo stars. When asked concerning tho $100,000.-000 $100,000.-000 combination, for tho purchase of theatrical realty which is being orgau-i.ed orgau-i.ed by men prominent in tho United States Amusement company and tho theatrical syndicate, Mr. Klaw said: "I havo nothing to add or to subtract sub-tract from Erlanger-d recent statement, and I quite agree with him that large plans of this kind cannot be successfully success-fully formulated and carried out by naming iu advance the persons with whom we aro negotiating. "I had Bovoral conferences iu London Lon-don with English managers, some of whom aro reported to havo expressed ignorance of tho subject when seen by correspondents in London, following tho publication of news of the formation forma-tion of this corporation here. London is rendy for just such an organization as we ' have in America.
