Aftor studiously studi-ously endeavoring to boo Judgo Wood of the District Court for several days, Mint ho might socuro nomo advice relative rela-tive to a fortune which he imagined he was an hoir to, and out of which ho was being swindled, Patrick McGilvory was granted an audience this morning, after which he was taken into custody by tho ollicers. In talking with Judge vood he expressed concern in regard to tho safety of the court officials and attorneys counocted with tho Haywood case ITc seemed to think thoro was a plot to iniuro them. As soon as tho Judge realized tho man's condition tho Sheriff was notified. This afternoon no wns taken beforo Probate Judgo Leonard, Leon-ard, adjudged insane and ordered committed com-mitted to Blnclcfoot asylum. Ho claims to hail from Superior, Wis. j The Michigan society of this city is planuing a big picnic to bo held in a grovo near this plaoe July 26. Tho Inter-Mountain liailway company of Boise has filed articles of incorporation incorpo-ration wiih tho Secretary of Stato. It was incorporated by the members of tho Barber Lumber company, and proposes to build forty-live miles of road from the Boiso river near tho Barber dam to Ccuterville, in Boiso county. The company is capitalized at $750,000, of which $510,000 has been subscribed. This route was surveyed last winter, and tho line is to be built to tap tho Barber timber lands near Centcrville. The incorporators aro James T. Barber, James A. Smith, Chester D. Moon, C. W. Lockwood, all of Eau Clare, Wis.; L. G. Chapman, Lvttletou Prico and Crawford Craw-ford Moore of Boise.
