Show NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT. Raymond-Illinois Mining company. Principal place of business, Salt Lake City. Utah. Mines at Eureka, Utah. Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the board of directors of the Raymond-Illinois Mining company, duly hold July 29, 1907, an assessment of one-half of a cent per sharo per month, for three mouths, was lovled on the outstanding capital stock of the corporation, payable to M. B Johnson, at Room 50G, Atlas block, as follows: One-half cent per share, pavablo Immediately. Im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid ou the 29th day of August. 1907, will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment la made be-'fore. be-'fore. will be sold on the 14th dnv of September. Sep-tember. 1907, to puy the delinquent assessment, as-sessment, togethor with tho cost of advertising ad-vertising and expense of sale. Onc-hnlf cent per share shall bo pavablo pav-ablo on tho 16th day of September, 1067. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the lGth dav of October. 1907, will be delinquent "and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment Is mado beforo, will be sold on tho 1st day of November, 1907, to pay the delinquent assessment, together to-gether with the cost of advertising and expense of sale.
