Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. July 31, 1907. Notice is hereby given that tho Gunnison Gun-nison Highland Canal Company, by its presldont, O. B. Berglund, whoso post-office post-office address is Gunnison, Utah, has made application In accordance with tho requirements of Chapter 108. Session Laws of Utah, 1905, to appropriate slxty-elght slxty-elght (GS) cubic feet per second of water from Sanpltch Rlvor and 11h tributary, Twelve Mile Creek. Sanpete County, Utah. Forty-four (44) cubic feet per second sec-ond of water will bo diverted during the period from February 1 to July 1 of each year from the Sanpltch River at Its junction junc-tion with Six Mile Creek, which point is located 3,10 feet south and 528 feet west from (he northeast corner of tho southwest south-west quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 18 south. Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it will bo conveyed to n point on Twelve Mile Creek, which point Is 1320 feet south from tho south quarter corner of Section 18 Township 19 south, Rango S cast, Salt Lako baso and meridian, at which point twenty-four (21) cubic feet per second ot water will be diverted from Twelve Mile Creek during tho period from November 1 of each year to July 1 of the year following and commingled with that diverted from the Sanpltch River Riv-er and from there conveyed to a tract of land containing 8,080 acro6 of land embraced em-braced In Sections 24, 2G. and 34, Township Town-ship 19 south. Range 1 east; Sections 3. 4, 9. 10. 15. 1G. 21, 22, 27. 28, 29, 31. and 32, Township 20 south. Range 1 east. Salt Lako baso and meridian, and there used during tho periods above mentioned for Irrigation purposes. This application Is designated In the State Engineer's office as No. 1335. All protests against the granting of said application, stating tho reasons therefor, must be mado by affidavit In duplicate and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication publica-tion of this notice.
