The decision given today was on a writ of habeas corpus based upon the contention that Judge Lafon-talne, Lafon-talne, the commissioner who held them for extradition, had no authority to act ln tho case, Upholds Extradition Order. Judge Ouimcts's decision on quashing the writ or habeas corpus upholds tho original ordor for extradition issued by Juuno Lafontalne.
