Low-neck night-gowns are eminently fashionable and arc shown in such fabrics as linen batiste, cambric, lawn, nainsook and the like. This one is made of the batiste with yoke and trimming of German Valenciennes frills and insertion, in-sertion, and is durable as well as dainty, Inasmuch as linen always appears well and German lace endures laundering admirably well. The drop yoke is graceful and becoming and allows of slipping on over the head, without an opening, the neck being drawn up by means of the ribbon. To make the gown for a woman of medium size will be required 6 yards of material 30 inches wide with nrd of all-over lace, 3"ft yards of Insertion and 4 yards of wide and 1 yards of narrow lace.
