However, It Is lawful to take carp, suckers, bullhead, bull-head, cutfluh, mullet and mountain herring with hook and line at any time from Utah lake and Provo river below the San Pedro (old O. S. L.) brldg at Provo City, there being no closed season on thc fish in these waters. The same Is true of Bear river below the county bridge at Bear River City.
