Show St. Mary's Commencement. With n pretty commencement programme, pro-gramme, the senior class of SL Mary's academy graduated yesterday. Two numbers were especially remarked for their cleverness and originality. These wero poems composed by tho younx ladles la-dles who delivered them, and very creditable credit-able poems, too. Ope entitled "In Rosa Time." by Miss E. Frisbec, received much applause and showed originality and good taste. "A Lake Lyric," being an odo to tho Great Salt Lake, proved of much interest in-terest and was well delivered. Tho musical numbers of the programme reflect great credit on the sisters. Tho chorus work showed good tuition and careful practice, An orchestra composed solely of pupils from the academy played a serenade, which received the emphatic approval of the large audience of parents and friendPo Tho graduation medals and diplomas were presented by the Right Rov. Bishop Scanlan, who delivered a very appropriate address to tho graduates. Tho valedictory address was spoken by Miss II. Santsoh.
