Show NOTICE TO WATER-USERS. State Engineer's Jfflce, Salt Lake City, May 12. 1904. Notico is hereby given that John Prcece whose pofltofflce addross is Farnilngton. Davis county. Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 100 of the Session Laws of Utah, 1903. to appropriate two onc-hun-dredths (2-100ths) ofa second-foot of the water flowing from a spring branch of North Cottonwood creek. In Davis county, to bo diverted by means of dams and headgates at a point on sale; creek about 19.G chains north nnd 14-1 chains east from tho southwest corner of Section 13. Township Town-ship 3 north. Range 1 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, from whore tho water will be conducted through a ditch for distance of about 214 feet and there be used from April 1 to Novombor 1 of each year to Irrigate about 1;68 acres of land In lot 9. block 16, Big Creek plat, in said Davis county. AH protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons thorefor, must be made in writing and filed in this offlco after thirty (30) days and before elxty (60) day from the date hereof.
