Show ROCK ISLAND RAILROAD MAKES SOME CHANGES NEW YORK, March 31. The, Rock Island railway announced today tho following changes in ofllcials, to take effect on April Cth: B. L. Wlnchcll, president in place of W. B. Leeds, resigned; Robert Mather, ilrst vice-president, in place of C. H. Warren, resigned; J. F. Stevens, second vice-president, In place of Robert Mather. The following changes are also announced an-nounced In the SL Louis & San Francisco Fran-cisco executive ofllcials: B. F. Yoakum, chairman of tho board; A. J. Davidson, president. In place of B. F. Yoakum; Robert Mather, first vice-president, In place of B'. L. Wlnchell, who was made president of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific railway. |
