Show BIG LUCILLE HELD j ON ROBBERY CHARGE Lucille Barton was held to the Dis- J trict court by Judge Dichl yesterday morning on the charge of robbery In stealing money and jewelry from Frark Adair. At the same session of the municipal court William I. Wilson, alias Moore, the alleged Cnllontcs train robbe,r, was arraigned on the charge that he was a fugitive from justice. Ho wan not ready to plead and the- case waa continued until April 7th. Joseph Brown will plead this morning to the charge of assault with a deadly weapon, to-wit, a carving 'knife, on Bert Loroy in a restaurant. He is held under un-der $250 bail. After pleading not guilty to the charge of incorrigibility Daniel Grow and Jerold Budd. two boys, were released re-leased on their own recognizance. Their trial will come up on April 6lh. |
