The. case, which has been on trial for the past three days before Judge Morse in the District court, was cor.cluded at noon yesterday and submittal sub-mittal to the Jury. The Jury waa from noon until 5 o'clock in arriving" at a verdict. ver-dict. The divorced couple were married October 22, 1902, at Augusta, Ga. Desertion and non-support are the grounds alleged in aomplahit for divorce di-vorce filed in tho District court yesterday yester-day by Kady A. E. Cody against Edward Ed-ward R. Cody.
