FORMER GOVERNOR RETURNS TO UTAH Hon. Caleb W. "It Is a gTeat pleasure to take my old friends by the hand and to talk over the old days. I suppose I shall never become weaned away from the old home. In fact, I have never voted anywhere since leaving tho State. I have been too busy with my duties with the Treasury department to give attention at-tention to politics. Really I ilid not know there was to be a convention held there this week I am no longer In politics. "No, It is not strange that one like myself, so long in active politics, should drop out.
